Move to the new Work Hub
The Work Hub now lives at workhub.commonground.quengadesigns.dev. It adds encryption, automatic lock and an audit trail. Moving takes three steps.
1.Open the new address
Go to workhub.commonground.quengadesigns.dev in this browser (or the one you will use from now on). Bookmark it in place of this site.
2.Choose the same caseload file there
Open the caseload file you use here. It opens as-is — nothing needs converting. Then set a passphrase when asked: the new Work Hub encrypts the file with it. Keep the passphrase somewhere safe; nobody can recover it for you.
Save your work here first, so the file you open there has your latest changes.
3.Bring your attachments across
Attachments you added in this browser are stored in this browser, not in the caseload file, so the new Work Hub cannot see them. Download them here, then re-add each one to the matching client there. Each download is named clientId-originalName so you can tell whose it is.
No caseload is open. Open your caseload file here first — the download needs it to know which attachments are yours and which client each belongs to.
Snapshots (the automatic backups under Settings) also live only in this browser and do not move. Restore any you need here and save them to a file before you switch.
