What this is
Work Hub is a case management tool for housing support work. It holds your clients, the households they live in, meetings, contact history, notes, documents and tasks.
It is built around one rule: the caseload never leaves your machine. The file lives where you put it. There is no account to create, no database behind this page, and no request that carries a client name anywhere.
You can put the file on a network drive or in a synced folder if your organisation wants it backed up — that is your choice to make, and Work Hub reads and writes it the same way either way.
Optional passphrase
A caseload file can be passphrase-protected (AES-GCM, with the key stretched from your passphrase). Work Hub opens a protected file and keeps writing it protected — but setting or changing the passphrase isn't built into this version yet, so a file created here is plain JSON on your disk until you set one in the original single-file app (linked from Settings). There is no recovery: nobody, including this app, can open a protected file without the passphrase.
Attachments are a separate case: they are stored in this browser rather than inside the caseload file, and they are never encrypted.
