What this is

Work Hub is a case management tool for housing support work. It holds your clients, the households they live in, meetings, contact history, notes, documents and tasks.

It is built around one rule: the caseload never leaves your machine. The file lives where you put it. There is no account to create, no database behind this page, and no request that carries a client name anywhere.

You can put the file on a network drive or in a synced folder if your organisation wants it backed up — that is your choice to make, and Work Hub reads and writes it the same way either way.
